Want to join our team of volunteers who help spread the word about the Vida Vegan Conference, build social media presence and make new connections?

The Vida Vegan Street Team is here to make this happen.

In return, based on the number of hours and type of activity you’re able to contribute over 2014-2015, Vida Vegan offers a special token of our appreciation: a point system to earn big discounts—and potentially cover the entire cost of registration for Vida Vegan Con III. We’ve been working on this idea for a while now, because we totally get that registration costs are simply not in everyone’s budget and are stoked to offer a brand new, genuinely fun way to get you here (besides scholarships).

We do have assistants during our events, made up of community members, friends and family, and will continue to do so. We rely on this greatly, but we know some folks want to get involved and help us out (you all rule) and still be able to attend as much conference as possible.

Active street team members:

  • Earn your way to full or discounted registration at our third conference & more!

  • Special badge for website/blog

  • Host official VVC meetups & reunions in cities across North America & beyond

  • Name and website/blog on our Street Team page

You can can log hours for:

  • Referring attendees. If someone registers with your reference, you get credit!

  • Location* scouting  & submitting reasonable spaces for future events in cities we’re eyeing

  • Seeking out new vegan products/companies for Vida Vegan contacts

  • Hosting meetups & reunions

  • Spreading the word on social media

  • Co-moderating twitter chats/online hangouts
