2011 Speakers

Our 2011 Speakers:

“Wow. This conference lineup is a “who’s who” of the vegan blog world” – Grant Butler, The Oregonian, Food and Arts Writer, Vegan

Check out the Conference Agenda for our topics.

Stay tuned to our blog for updates on confirmed speakers, classes, and news.

Note: We are no longer accepting applications to speak at the first Vida Vegan Con. We simply don’t have room on the busy schedule—but if you email us, we’re happy to keep you in mind for wherever Vida Vegan Con is in May 2013! And of course, you’re encouraged to attend.

Please shoot us an email at VidaVeganConference [at] gmail.com, and we’ll keep you in mind for the next event.

P.S. If you’re speaking and we’re missing your picture, simply shoot an email. We’re still waiting on a few.

I was wondering if Annie Shannon from Meet The Shannons is going to be there. I don’t see her listed but I can’t imagine why not.

      Hi Lisa,

I’m not certain if she’s planning on attending, but to answer the question why not….well, as you can see from the list above, our set list of speakers (and expenses and work getting everyone arranged!) is quite large already, and was officially ‘set’ quite a few months ago, fortunately. We’ll be posting an application for 2012/2013 speakers after this conference. Hope to see you there!

I am anxiously awaiting the speaker application forms to be available for the next conference! 🙂 I was unable to attend this year but would love to speak next time.

My vegan travel blog ranks #2(out of 144,000 other sites on google for keywords “vegan travel”). http://www.veganworldtrekker.com

I also just launched my online business “Vegan Honeymoons”. http://www.veganhoneymoons.com

I am the author of “How To Travel The World As A Vegan”, available on amazon.com.

I would love to be a speaker on the topic of “Vegan Travel Tips”! 🙂
