This post is about REGISTRATION! That’s right, this is the registration post about Vida Vegan Con 2013. The one you’ve been waiting for. Note: For info regarding the Vida Vegan Tech Seminar in Seattle this November, stay tuned. (The tech seminar is a one-day concentration of as many tech-related Internet/blogging topics we can cram into one day—plus lunch!)
Tickets for Vida Vegan Con 2013 (May 24-26) at the Portland Art Museum in Portland, Oregon, go on sale Sunday, July 1, 2012, at 12 noon PST. Tickets will be sold in the same manner as 2011; there will be a PayPal link posted on our website for you to follow and buy. Once 100 specially priced Early Bird tickets are sold, the remaining tickets will become available at full price.
A few nitty gritties:
No cancellations or refunds. We tried really hard to handle ticket transfers and a waiting list last year and spent a gazillion hours trying to keep it fair and easy for you. We simply cannot do this again. Please think hard before you purchase your ticket. If an emergency does arise, we will attempt to help you find a buyer for your ticket, but we cannot take responsibility for it.
Scholarships: Like last year, we will offer two scholarship spots. (We really want everyone to be able to come!) If you do purchase a ticket and are awarded a scholarship, your ticket price will be refunded. Stay tuned for information on scholarship applications.
Sunday, July 1, 12 noon PST: Tickets go on sale on our website at the Early Bird rate of $200. We have 100 tickets in this range to release. When these specially priced tickets sell out, we’ll release the remaining tickets at full value, $280.
Also, we will reopen the Vida Vegan Con Bloggers Facebook group to new members.
