Galarama Menu by The (Vegan) Caterer

Flat out, do you know who we wish was catering the entire conference? This guy.

Red tape and all, he’s not, but Josh Raymond – The (Vegan) Caterer, is dishing out greatness for this evening’s Galarama and Silent Auction for Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary.

His dynamic menu for the evening is below, with contributions from our friends at EcoVegan and Gardein, pies from Sizzle Pie, and beverages from Ayala, Dry Soda and VeeV.

What’s in store:

EcoVegan Mini Burgers

 Zen Patties w/ lettuce, tomato, onion, BBQ sauce on a homemade buns 

 Gardein Crispy Tenders

with BBQ or Sweet Mustard Sauce

Thai Spring Rolls (Gluten Free)

Rice noodles, vegetables and cilantro wrapped in rice paper. 

Raw Salad Rolls (Gluten Free, Soy Free)

Carrots, cucumbers, avocado with a peanut sauce

Garlic French Bread w/ Spinach & Artichoke Dip (Soy Free)

Veggie Platter w/Spinach & Artichoke Dip (Gluten Free. Soy Free)

And to top it off, our very special grand finale – the Coconut Bliss Sundae Bar. Dig it.
